SECTION .0400 - NOTICE TO EXAMINEES

13 NCAC 20 .0401             INITIAL NOTICE TO EXAMINEES

At the time of the provision of the sample, the examiner shall provide examinees with written notice of their rights and responsibilities under the Controlled Substance Examination Regulation Act.
